Cannot Sign In with Student SID and PIN

Request this service if you are unable to Sign in to Skagit websites with your student SID and PIN. Those sites and services include, but are not limited to:

  • Online Registration
  • Student Toolbox (Schedule, Unofficial Transcripts)

Note: This service is for the Student SID and PIN; Please see HR for issues with Employee SID and PIN.

Note: You may be unable to Sign In if you have a block on your account. Enrolment Services and IT (via requesting this service) can help identify if your account is blocked, as well as the steps to take to unblock the account. 

 

What can you do?:

  • Please write down, word for word, any errors you received along the way to help IT fix the issue faster. 
  • Look up your SID.
  • Determine your default PIN: Your default PIN is your birthday in MMDDYY format.
    • For example, January 1st, 2007 would be 010107.
    • We suggest you change your PIN from the default for security reasons: Try changing your PIN.
