To install Avaya Call Reporter.
Click
Start
Expand the Microsoft Endpoint Manager folder and select Software Center
Click on the Avaya Call Reporter installation button
Click
Install
Click
Next
Select the
I accept the agreement
radio button
.
Click
Next
Check the
Avaya Call Reporting Desktop
checkbox
.
Optionally, Check the
Agent Desktop
if you are a member of the 911 notification or for realtime messages.
Do not change the Folder information, Click
Next
Enter the following in the Avaya Call Reporting URL:
http://10.32.2.8:9080
Click
Next
Click
Install
WinPcap is used for notification. Click
Next
Click
I Agree
Click
Install
Click
Finish
Install Complete,
Click
OK
