Avaya Call Reporter

• To install Avaya Call Reporter. 
• Click Start  
• Expand the Microsoft Endpoint Manager folder and select Software Center

• Click on the Avaya Call Reporter installation button

• Click Install

• Click Next

• Select the I accept the agreement radio button.  
• Click Next

• Check the Avaya Call Reporting Desktop checkbox.
• Optionally, Check the Agent Desktop if you are a member of the 911 notification or for realtime messages.

• Do not change the Folder information, Click Next

• Enter the following in the Avaya Call Reporting URL:

http://10.32.2.8:9080

• Click Next

• Click Install

• WinPcap is used for notification.  Click Next

• Click I Agree

• Click Install

• Click Finish

• Install Complete, Click OK
