Creating a zoom
meeting
You will receive an email from Zoom with your zoom license.
You need to follow the info to set your password. (This is not your SVC
password, you will need to create a different one.) Once you have done this,
you can click on the zoom icon on any SVC computer and sign in.
Enter your full email and password (that you created with
your zoom license email)
Once signed in it should look something like this:
You will fill in the top part and then hit schedule. You can
leave the other stuff as is. Make sure that outlook is the calendar and hit the
schedule button.
It will then create a calendar invite. Send this to whomever
you want and let them know to click on the zoom meeting link (circled in RED) for
your folks to join. Have them check their outlook calendar
Note: You should log into zoom just before your meeting time
as the meeting needs to be on so they can join
To join/start
the meeting run the zoom icon and select join a meeting.
Put the meeting number in and join. It may ask you how you
want to join. Make sure the computer you are using has a web cam or a built in
camera (like on a laptop) and join with computer audio
