The Issue

You want to uninstall an application from the Software Center on a Windows Computer, but the Uninstall button is grayed out and not available. 

This is because the application is required for your computer, so Software Center cannot uninstall it.

Reinstall an Software via Software Center

All Application's should have a Repair button.

This button will uninstall the software and then reinstall it. 

This will often fix any bugs with the application.

If a the Repair button is missing, please contact the I.T. Help Desk to have the button activated for the software.
