Security Incident

Use this ticket to document all incidents.  An incident is a violation or imminent threat of violation of computer security policies, acceptable use policies, or standard security practices. 

This ticket can be escalated into an Incident Project, but remains the master record for the Incident.  (An incident project helps to manage the tasks required during an incident.  Some tasks will likely prompt new tickets.)  Make all new tickets related to this incident children of this Incident ticket.
