Panopto Login Issues

The Problem

• Generally, to log into Panopto, you will use your MySVC email and password if you are a student or your SVC Okta-enabled Email and Password if you are an employee.
• Occasionally, this will not work through the Panopto integration on Canvas. 
• See below for troubleshooting steps.

For Trouble Logging Into Panopto Through Canvas

If you need to log into Panopto on Canvas, such as to view a video that requires you to be signed in, but are unable to log in using the same credentials you log into Canvas with, try the following:

• On the sign in screen that asks for your username and password information, select to expand the drop-down menu that says Panopto, above the username field
• Select "SVC Official Canvas"
• This will then sign you in using Canvas
