Report an Outage or Failure for Network Equipment and Systems

Request this service when you are on an SVC supported network, including Campus Local Area Network, Campus WiFi, VPN or Remote Desktop, and you are unable to access SVC Network Resources or the Internet. 

When Possible, for Windows Network issues, please open the IT Computer Info applet from your start menu, run the Network Test, and Copy the results into the Error field of this ticket request.
