The Issue
It is a common issue to find that a button or navigation menu (further referred to as the missing "control") is missing from what you should be able to see in ctcLink.
Please follow the below steps to fix the issue.

- All web browsers are not created equal, and you may have better luck with another browser

- Be sure to first perform the test using Private Mode browsing, which will confirm if clearing the cache will help.
