Cannot Sign In with MYSVC Account

Request this service if you are unable to sign in to a service linked with your MYSVC Student Account. Those sites and services include, but are not limited to:

  • MySVC Student Gmail and Google Drive
  • Skagit Valley College Computers
  • Canvas
  • Rave Alerts
  • Library Catalog Databases

Note: This service is for student accounts; College Employees may use the service titled Cannot Sign In with Skagit Account.

What can you do?:

  • Wait a half an hour: Your account will lock after 5 incorrect sign-in attempts, and will automatically unlock after a half an hour.
  • OR
  • Please write down, word for word, any errors you received along the way to help IT fix the issue faster. 
  • Canvas: Click here to see if Canvas servers are down. If all systems are operational, you may need to change your password. 
  • MySVC Student Account:
  • Try changing your password (This will often re-synchronize the systems).
